Product & design

Is this just a dog bowl stand?

No.

The Architect Feeding Station was designed as a permanent object for the home — not a temporary accessory.

Its proportions, materials, and finish were considered with the same care applied to architectural furnishings.

Why is it elevated?

Elevation supports a more natural feeding posture for most dogs.

The structure was designed to promote calmer, more comfortable mealtime while maintaining visual balance within the home.

Does it move during use?

The Architect is designed with a specific visual and physical weight to remain grounded. Stability is a core architectural principle of the system.

Are the bowls included?

Yes.

Each Architect Feeding Station includes two Heirloom Ceramic Bowls designed specifically to nest within the structure.

Sizing & fit

How do I choose the right size?

Choose the size based on your dog’s height and feeding posture.

As a general guideline:

  • Small: for smaller breeds
  • Medium: for most mid-sized dogs
  • Large: for taller breeds

The goal is to provide ergonomic elevation that complements their stature without visual or physical strain.

(A height guide visual link to show an example.)

What if I choose the wrong size?

We accept returns within 30 days, provided the item is unused and returned in original packaging.

Materials & care

Why ceramic instead of stainless steel?

Ceramic is a permanent material. Unlike plastic or stainless steel, it is non-porous and lead-free, ensuring a hygienic surface that does not degrade over time.

Are the bowls dishwasher safe?

Yes.

The Heirloom Ceramic Bowls are dishwasher safe.

Is the stand dishwasher safe?

No.

The metal structure should be wiped clean with a damp cloth.

Are replacement bowls available?

Yes.

Replacement bowls may be purchased individually if needed.

Origin & craft

Where is it made?

Each feeding station is designed and produced in the United States in small production runs.

This allows for greater control over materials, finishing, and long-term consistency.

Is it covered by a warranty?

Yes.

The metal structure is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects under normal residential use.

Ceramic bowls are covered by a one-year limited warranty.
