Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Return requirements

Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Initiating a return

To begin a return, please email support@theposhdog.com with your order number.

Return instructions will be provided by our support team.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include photographs of the packaging and product so our team can review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.
