Limited lifetime warranty on the metal structure

The metal structure of The Architect Feeding Station is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects under normal residential use.

Normal residential use means daily feeding within a stable home environment.

One-year limited warranty on stoneware bowls

The Heirloom Stoneware Bowls are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from misuse or impact
• Breakage due to impact or dropping
• Improper care
• Misuse
• Cosmetic wear consistent with daily use

Care note

Longevity depends on proper care.

The metal structure should be wiped clean with a damp cloth and dried after cleaning. The stoneware bowls may be washed in the dishwasher.
